Each Sunday, we offer high-energy age-appropriate programs that consist of songs, games, and creative teaching. The Word of God is the foundation.

Our goal is to have our children come back week after week because they enjoyed their visit so much they can’t wait to return. We want them to have FUN at Discovery Kidz. While kids keep coming back for the FUN, we can accomplish our mission by continuing to nurture and teach them spiritually.

Bible-Based Teaching
All Children's programs recieve age-appropriate bible lessons that are presented in a way that is fun, memorable, and enables your child to learn. We want to join in His work for edifying and strengthening the health of relationships within each family.

Family Focused
The children's classses meet during our 11:00 a.m. Worship service, and are designed for all children from birth through 12-years-old. So while you are experiencing the creative, life-changing worship of Discovery Road Church, your children are experiencing it as well!

Relevant/Appropriate
We want to look through the eyes of children and discover what will help them grow and mature in their relationship with Christ based on where they are in life. We want lessons presented in ways that capture children where they are.

Life Application
Messages that are presented need to answer the questions: “So what?” What does this story or this concept mean to these children? How does it affect their every day lives?

Relational
The best way to make change happen in anyone’s life is through relationships. Our prayer is that children and families experience community with each other, with other people in our church family, and with Jesus Christ.

Creative
We strive to think outside the box…what is the best way we can communicate the message of Christ so that children will make a connection with what they learned and will enjoy the process!

Safe
We want programming and events to be physically, emotionally, and spiritually secure and healthy for children.
